Nordlux: Designer lamps from Denmark
Nordlux brings light into the dark hours and nights – and not just in the far north around Scandinavia. The brand, which specialises in lamps and luminaires, has now also gained a large number of fans outside its home country of Denmark, who particularly appreciate the timelessness and diversity of the designer pieces.
Great importance is attached to the design and quality of the lamps. Thanks to modern colours, a clear design language and high-quality materials, lamps are created that perfectly capture the spirit of the Scandinavian style and become real highlights.
Nordlux: Scandinavian lights for your living room
The founders of Nordlux recognised that lamps and luminaires are essential for a cosy home, especially in Scandinavia with its long, dark winter nights without natural light, when they established the company in 1977. Since then, they have made it their mission not only to bring light into the darkness at attractive prices, but also to incorporate innovation and trends into their top-class lamps.
There is now a large selection of products for every taste, whether floor lamps, pendant lights or wall lamps. The makers are guided by Scandinavian design: the style is timeless and modern, yet there are always classic or even futuristic elements. The shapes are clear and natural, the colours simple and unobtrusive, so that the lamps fit perfectly into any room – and their warm light creates a cosy atmosphere.

He even wrote a doctoral thesis on the subject between 2009 and 2013. In his designs, he works in particular with lampshades that partially cover the light source and create an interesting ambience.
